Stellar has an ongoing IDIQ Contract with the U.S. Army FMWRC Installation Management Command - NAF Construction Directorate, and has successfully designed and constructed a number of complex and cost sensitive projects on various military bases across the United States. The significant experience of our staff enables Stellar to bring in-depth knowledge to carry out a variety of project types including barracks, lodges, chapels, community activity centers, child development centers, exchanges, heavy equipment maintenance centers, clubhouses, medical facilities, and administrative buildings.

Since our Designers, Project Managers, and Superintendents are well versed in government contracts, procedures, and quality expectations, Stellar can quickly assemble a team and move projects forward. Established relationships with small business partners and subcontractors enables Stellar to meet federal requirements for small and minority business participation.
